The only moments aka evidence of something more that they've had in the manga so far are from vol. 4 since that is when we first see any interest, at least on Kazuhiko's part. Nobody really knows what Kiri is thinking at this point.

These aren't in any particular order. Sorry.

Vol. 4 Moments
Naru-Naru ends up falling on top of Kiri because of his little sister and a crowd gathers around them to see what happened. All Kazuhiko sees is Naru-Naru on top of Kiri and he gets upset. He walks up and tells Naru-Naru to get up and points to Kiri who is still underneath him. Kazuhiko has this really scary looking face at that part.

Kazuhiko is somewhat jealous (though he seems a bit confused at this point at just WHY he is) of the easy relationship between Kiri and a childhood friend, Kenichiro.

Kiri trips and Kazuhiko catches her. Both of them just stand there momentarily and looking into each others eyes.

Kazuhiko is walking down the street and sees Kiri up ahead. She is kneeling down before her cat and smiling as she hands it a fish treat. Kazuhiko takes out his cell phone and takes the picture.
